Fourth Of July Post (Day 4)
Freedom is beautiful!
It is the ability to attain, regardless of where you come from in life.
It is a second chance that overcomes mistakes and the past.
It is rewiring of the mind against toxic mindsets, habits or patterns.
It is emotional healing, unseen to the human eye.
It is breaking the sound barrier –
the speed of a galloping horse,
the takeoff of a space shuttle
or running along the seashore.
It is music that defies the status quo.
“It is a pen that is mightier than a sword.”
It is the ability to think, and reason.
It is standing up for those who are unable to stand up for themselves.
It was innately programmed into our makeup.
It has been paid for in blood, sweat and even life itself.
May we never take it for granted or give it away,
since it is like the air we breathe.
What is freedom to you?
